Hi,

My name is Terry, I am the owner of A 24-7 Door Service. I would like to take a moment and tell you a little about myself and introduce you to our company. Unlike most business owners, I do not sit in an office and delegate the repair work to others who may not have the same commitment to the customer as I do... I actually roll up my sleeves, hop in the truck, and do the work in the field. This keeps me in contact with the customer and allows me to provide door repair services (most needed) to our customers, with a hands-on-approach. I have been in the business for many years and have seen many customers taken to the cleaners by fly-by-night door companies, or those that hire less-than-experienced workers to provide these services.

Our goal is to create strong customer relationships, not just get in, take the money, and get out, leaving you the customer the problem of having to hire another company to correct repairs, which you have already paid for (in many cases, through the nose). My promise to you is that you will get honest friendly repair service, promptly, professionally, and at a fair price (in most cases, flat-rate, same day pricing).

A 24-7 Door Service has provided door repair services, both residential

and commercial, for the past ten years, primarily in the Lakeland -

Tampa, and surrounding areas with hundreds of satisfied customers, and plan to continue for years to come. Our office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., but our service is available as our name states, 24-7 ... ("Our Doors Are Always Open"). If you call after hours or on weekends, you can rest assured you'll get in contact with us, and I will probably be the one answering the phone. Most companies (regardless what their advertisement states) close their doors during these hours, and your request is forwarded to an answering service or machine. Not with us. So give me a buzz, and consider us in your next door repair need.
